Primordiale: Grill, Restaurant, Cocktail was born from the primordial allure of sea and fire, fused together in a unique gastronomic experience. As Mediterranean enthusiasts, we chose grilled fish as our signature dish: a cuisine that revisits seafood traditions with authenticity and intensity. Here, grilling is not just a cooking method, but a symbol of passion, culture, and connection to the land and sea.

Excellent Raw Material and Mastery

Every morning, we select the best catch of the day from the cleanest seas, favoring local and seasonal varieties to respect nature and guarantee freshness and high quality. Our chefs prepare fillets and steaks with meticulous technique, ensuring that each dish highlights the fish's sensory characteristics: texture, flavor, and aroma. This approach celebrates the "cucina alla povera" (poor man's cuisine) of Southern Italy, which finds a richness of authentic flavor in fish.
